Verbatims are sorted and printed by question. Full text is also available on diskette in a variety of formats. All verbatims can also be linked and integrated with questionnaire responses.
Codebooks are developed with your approval, and questions coded to assure that responses can be presented in a quantifiable manner. Codebooks are continuously amended to assure that unclassified responses ("Other") are kept to a minimum. Full verbatim text is kept for all unclassified answers.
